Motivation recharger for weight loss

You want to lose weight ? You can and you will do it. Fill yourself with positive attitude and follow with me these five simple tips :

1. Be rewarding toward yourself - when you hit a personal goal, no matter how small it might look in first place, celebrate it and congratulate yourself. Remember that a victory is made of a chain of small victories. After each journey take a small (just a small) period of time to appreciate your ascomplishments, for example : after an exercise take 3 minutes (3 minutes only !), and during this period of time remind yourself that you are different than you were before the exercise. Feel proud of the change you made and reward yourself with a bubble bath or a spa or something you desire (which must be healthy).

2. Look at the benefits of healthy food. Think about vitamins and minerals as well as taste, texture and pleasure. Of course while keeping your food under moderation rules.

3. Don't jump from one plan to another - take time to define the weigh loss plan that suits you and helps you achieve your goal, then stick to it.

4. It is not a competition - don't think of fat loss as a competition, it is not, this is no race againts anybody, there are no competitors, no jury, no cameras, don't compare yourself much to others, your plan is about you and only about you, it is just one of your goals and you are willing to achieve it.

5. Get motivated - remember that the challengs is only in your mind, so when you say it is time to exercise just do it. It is hard ONLY when you judge it as hard, otherwise it is not hard at all.

So once your mind set, plan an effective diet while keeping food tasy and enjoyable, shedule your workouts, and split your weight loss journey into small acheivable goals.
