Is This Fat Loss Workout Too Much To Handle?

If you're looking for an incredible fat loss workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home (or a gym if you'd like), and in just a few minutes of your time, you've found the right article.

Although everybody is looking for that "perfect" fat loss workout, I regret to tell you that that just isn't going to happen. This workout isn't designed for everybody as some people might be extremely out of shape, but it can be tweaked to be easier and tweaked to be harder.

On With The Fat Loss Workout!

You're going to complete this workout as follows:

Complete sets A&B one after another with no rest, followed by a break until you catch your breath. Then move onto the next set.

I didn't set an exact amount because I don't personally know you. Just do them until you "feel the burn", as they say.

1A - Bodyweight squats

1B - Pushups

2A - V-ups

2B - Pullups

3A - Sprint in place (or jump rope)

3B - Overhead dumbbell press

4 - Burpees

After the 4th set, rest again until you catch your breath and repeat.

As you can see, if you do these exercises hard like you should, you're going to get a great fat loss workout and it's not going to take you very long. There are a total of 14 sets if you do it twice, each taking about 2 minutes to complete or so. Or, if you're short for time, simply go to failure on each set and you can do 7 and be done within about 15 minutes!

Fat loss workouts don't have to be complicated or very long. Done in intervals, they can be very short, quick, and effective. If you're a bit more advanced, feel free to add a weighted vest while doing these. Either way you'll get a great workout.

Take a shot at this fat loss workout and see how well you do. Each time you do it, try to increase the number of repetitions that you did last time so you're always progressing. And remember, each fat loss workout you do will bring you closer to your goal, so do them like you mean it!
